Our client is recruiting for a role within the building and construction industry, located in New Haven.

Job Description

Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively. Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management. Review and approve project plans, specifications, and budgets. Oversee quality control to maintain high standards of work. Resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions to keep projects on track.
