Job Description
- Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare and oversee project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
- Communicate project updates and milestones to clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
