Our client is hiring within the building and construction industry for a role based in Manhattan.
Job Description
Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope and objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders. Oversee procurement of materials and manage project budgets effectively. Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned for future projects.
