Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Conduct project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and field teams. Monitor project costs and ensure financial performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Resolve project challenges proactively while maintaining client satisfaction. Experience with office, retail, healthcare, industrial, or commercial interior renovations preferred. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software (Procore experience is a plus). Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.What's on OfferCompetitive salary: $85,000-$100,000 annually.
