Allow the RMMs to focus more fully on engagement quality and strategic interactions at conferences, while ensuring smoother transitions and stronger oversight of CBIC responsibilities. This would reduce the operational burden currently limiting our ability to fully optimize these engagements.
" Increase field presence and HCP engagement:
Free up capacity for the RMMs to spend more time in the field with HCPs beyond conferences. Increasing our presence from approximately 1 2 visits per month to closer to 3 would allow us to gather more meaningful raw insights, deepen relationships with KOLs, and expand engagement with emerging leaders and APPs in a more proactive way.
" Streamline program execution:
Support the execution of advisory boards, consulting engagements, and conference-related work. Additional administrative and coordination support would improve consistency in materials, reinforce SOP adherence, and reduce the risk of contracts or closeout items being delayed or overlooked.
