Project portfolio ranges from $2M-$15M commercial and residential projects.Job DescriptionLeads project teams to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks. Establishes project budgets and manages cost. Coaches, mentors, develops, and trains project management teams. Maintains knowledge of contract requirements and addresses complex obstacles. Maintains positive relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and design teams. Ensures all risk management controls are implemented. Manage and oversee construction projects from planning through completion. Responsible for forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project estimate.
