Job Description
Lead and manage all phases of industrial construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant
10+ years of Project Manager/Estimator experience. Self storage or flex space experience is preferred. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage teams effectively. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Strong understanding of the construction process. Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
