Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial roofing projects from contract award through project completion and closeout.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Lead project kickoff meetings and maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and schedule conflicts proactively.
- Review and approve project invoices, purchase orders, change orders, and subcontract agreements.
- Track and manage project profitability and financial performance.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and forecasting.
- Ensure all projects comply with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams during project handoff and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of project management experience in commercial roofing, construction, or related trades.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, scheduling, and project controls.
- Experience managing project budgets, contracts, change orders, and procurement activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
- Commercial roofing industry experience.
