Project Manager

Michael Page is hiring within the property industry in Sarasota, FL. This is a national general contractor that specializes in the commercial/retail project market. 90% of their projects are reoccurring customer base in the FL market. They are an established company, but a new office location for their company.

Job Description

  • Plan and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any deviations promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines or budgets.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and manage project resources efficiently.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
