Description

• Manage core-and-shell construction activities for a large retail development
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
• Lead communication with ownership, consultants, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor construction progress, cost controls, and risk management initiatives
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety, quality, and contract requirements

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Project Manager experience with a general contractor
• Strong background in commercial concrete, foundations, and shell construction
• Experience delivering commercial or multifamily developments
• Local Florida construction experience is required
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
