* Manage commercial construction projects from award through closeout

* Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships

* Utilize Procore to maintain project controls and reporting

* Coordinate self-perform and subcontracted trades throughout project execution

* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

Salary: $100,000-$140,000 + benefits
