Description

The Project Manager - Commercial Projects - Triad will be responsible for:

• • Manage commercial construction projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Develop, maintain, and oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and key project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate activities between field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and design partners.
  • Monitor project performance and proactively address schedule, cost, quality, and risk-related issues.
  • Lead project meetings and provide timely updates to clients and internal leadership.
  • Manage contracts, change orders, procurement activities, and project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements, company standards, and project specifications.
  • Track project financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, and reporting.
  • Oversee project closeout activities and ensure successful project turnover.

The successful Project Manager - Commercial Projects - Triadwill have:

• • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities simultaneously.

Job Offer

Requirements 5+ years of construction Project Manager experience with a general contractor is required Experience on ground-up education, healthcare, and/or commercial construction projects is required Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or relevant degree preferred Applicable Project Management Software experience preferred Developed thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project success Maintains good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with anyone from clients to subcontractors Must be a business-oriented person and act professionally when representing the employer at any level Local to Charlotte preferred, though relocators will be considered
