My client is seeking a hands‑on Project Manager to join a respected general contractor known for its strong culture and successful project delivery. The Project Manager will coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to maintain excellence throughout each stage of the project. Client Details My client is a confidential, well‑established general contractor with a strong footprint throughout North and South Carolina. Founded in the 1990s, the firm generates over $300M in annual revenue and employs approximately 200 professionals across five offices, including a rapidly growing Charlotte operation. Their culture combines the stability of a long‑standing builder with a progressive, people‑first mindset-emphasizing quality craftsmanship, team collaboration, and continuous development across three core markets: Municipal (e.g., public schools), Healthcare (e.g., cancer centers), and Commercial (e.g., fire stations). Description Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout.Develop, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.Partner with owners, designers, and internal teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure work meets quality standards, contract requirements, and specifications.Perform regular site visits to track progress, address issues, and maintain momentum in the field.Prepare and present detailed project status reports to clients and senior leadership.Enforce safety standards and ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements across all sites.Identify potential risks early and implement proactive solutions to resolve challenges and keep projects on track.
