Description

  • Manage all phases of ground-up commercial and municipal construction projects
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, owners, and internal project teams
  • Monitor project financial performance and implement cost-control strategies
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Manager experience with a general contractor
  • Proven success delivering ground-up commercial construction projects
  • Municipal, public sector, or civic project experience preferred
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
