Ground-up commercial & municipal projects$120K-$150K base salary A successful Project Manager should have: 5+ years of Project Manager experience with a general contractor. • Manage all phases of ground-up commercial and municipal construction projects
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, owners, and internal project teams
• Monitor project financial performance and implement cost-control strategies
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
