Project Manager - Commercial
The Project Manager - Commercial will:
- Lead and manage commercial building and construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Oversee procurement of materials and resources needed for construction.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
