The Project Manager - Commercial will:

• Plan, manage, and execute commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Oversee procurement of materials and resources while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and management.
