Project Manager
The Project Manager will report into senior leadership and take full ownership of projects across defence, industrial/manufacturing, commercial, and healthcare sectors.
- Manage the full lifecycle of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to close-out
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Lead coordination with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams
- Oversee procurement strategies and contract administration
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Provide regular reporting on project performance and financials
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain timelines

For the Project Manager we are seeking:
- 5-10 years' experience in construction project management
- Strong background across defence, industrial/manufacturing, commercial, and healthcare projects
- Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong financial acumen and cost control experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
