Manage construction projects from award through completion.
Coordinate all project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project correspondence.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
Partner closely with Superintendents, Project Executives, and field teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Lead client, architect, consultant, and subcontractor communication.
Oversee project financial performance, cost tracking, and reporting.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Support multiple project types including life sciences, commercial office, higher education, and light industrial developments.

The successful applicant:
Has 5-7 years of dedicated Project Manager experience within commercial construction.
Has proven ability to independently manage all phases of a construction project.
Has experience with commercial, life sciences, higher education, office, or industrial projects.
Has strong knowledge of project administration, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
Is proficient with:
Procore
Microsoft Project
CMiC (or similar construction financial management software)
Has excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Is able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
