My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing construction team in the Triad region. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on PM who can independently manage projects from preconstruction through closeout while handling core project management responsibilities including RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, and client communication.

Description
- Manage commercial construction projects from kickoff through completion.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and contract administration.
- Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting documentation, and project reporting.
- Coordinate with superintendents, project executives, subcontractors, clients, and design teams.
- Monitor project financial performance and maintain accurate forecasting.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Support client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities.
- Utilize project management software including Procore, Microsoft Project, and financial management platforms.
Profile
- 5-7+ years of dedicated Project Manager experience within commercial construction.
- Experience leading commercial, life science, office, higher education, healthcare, industrial, or similar construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project financials, scheduling, contracts, and change management.
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and construction management software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
