Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasting reports. Lead coordination efforts between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and buyout processes. Monitor project costs and implement strategies to maintain budget performance. Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards. Participate in preconstruction planning, value engineering, and constructability reviews. Prepare and present project updates to clients and senior leadership. Proven experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager. Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls. Experience working with multifamily, hospitality, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects is highly desirable. Ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Proficiency with construction management software and project tracking tools. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within budget. Knowledge of preconstruction processes, estimating, and value engineering principles is a plus.
