Project Manager - Commercial - Las Vegas

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial and distribution center projects from preconstruction through project completion. Description

• • Lead projects through all phases including planning, preconstruction, execution, and closeout.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and overall project performance.
  • Coordinate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
  • Partner with operations leadership to successfully deliver complex industrial construction projects.
  • Support current and future distribution center developments, including large-scale logistics and warehouse facilities.
  • Oversee project forecasting, risk management, and cost control initiatives.
  • Drive preconstruction efforts including estimating, budgeting, scope review, and constructability analysis.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations.
  • Travel periodically between project sites as required.

Profile

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
• Strong background in preconstruction, estimating, budgeting, and project planning.
• Experience managing ground-up industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution center projects.
• Proven ability to lead multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, cost management, procurement, and project controls.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to project locations as needed.
