Job Description

Lead projects through all phases including planning, preconstruction, execution, and closeout. Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and overall project performance. Coordinate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams. Partner with operations leadership to successfully deliver complex industrial construction projects. Support current and future distribution center developments, including large-scale logistics and warehouse facilities. Oversee project forecasting, risk management, and cost control initiatives. Drive preconstruction efforts including estimating, budgeting, scope review, and constructability analysis. Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations. Travel periodically between project sites as required.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction. Strong background in preconstruction, estimating, budgeting, and project planning. Experience managing ground-up industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution center projects. Proven ability to lead multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships. Strong understanding of scheduling, cost management, procurement, and project controls. Experience with construction management software such as Procore is preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel to project locations as needed.
