Project Manager
My client is a well-established general contractor with a strong presence across the Midwest. They specialize in commercial construction projects within the healthcare, education, retail, and corporate sectors, and are known for maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented culture despite their size. The Kansas City office offers a blend of office and field exposure, with employees typically spending 1-2 days in the office and 3-4 days visiting local jobsites. Their environment is often described as a "work hard, play harder" culture where people are friendly, supportive, and motivated, making it an attractive opportunity for construction professionals looking to join a stable organization with significant project backlog and long-term growth potential.
