Description
Project Manager
Founded in 2005, my client has several offices across Kansas, Missouri, and Colorado Springs. They work in a variety of markets including the commercial, education, retail, healthcare, and federal spaces. All projects are within a 2 hour radius of Kansas City. This client uses values of service, dedication, and hard work to consistently provide clients with the highest-quality of construction solutions.
Lead field operations and oversee daily project activities.
Drive project execution to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel.
Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
Control project budgets, costs, and financial forecasting.
Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
Enforce safety policies and quality control standards.
Lead risk management and contract administration efforts.
Support field engineering and technical project requirements.

The successful applicant will have:
5-15+ years of Project Management experience.
Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, MS Suite, Bluebeam).
Commercial project experience from $1M-$10M.
Ability to work autonomously and manage project from full cradle to grave.
Familiarity with construction safety regulations and compliance requirements.
A detail-oriented mindset with excellent organization and planning skills.
What's on offer:
Base salary up to $130,000.
