Client Details

My client is a top nationwide general contractor looking for a Project Manager in San Jose. They have been around for decades and created a very reputable name for themselves across the country. They specialize in large Commercial, Healthcare, Mission Critical, and more project types. Projects are typically in the $10-50 Mil range. They have a strong pipeline of work locally and are looking to grow their PM team to help with the expansion. This is an opportunity where your voice will be heard and get to sit in with senior leadership and directly assist with the growth of the company.

Description

• Oversee project and manage the day-to day operations
• Ability to make decisions that consider both schedule and budgets
• Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors
• Manage scope review process
• Negotiate change orders
• manage permit and occupancy with government agencies
• Manage and update budgets
• Conduct regular status meetings with project team
• Deliver projects on time and within company profit targets

Profile

-Bachelor's Degree preferred (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management is plus)
-Project Management 5+ years preferred
-Experience with a General Contractor
-Communication skills and can wear many hats
-Microsoft Suite Software Proficient

Job Offer

• $140K-$180K in base salary
