Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple commercial interior and specialized construction projects simultaneously from preconstruction handoff through completion.
  • Leading project planning, execution, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and closeout activities.
  • Overseeing subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Developing, maintaining, and updating project schedules while proactively managing risks and project milestones.
  • Reviewing and managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
  • Tracking project financial performance, including cost-to-complete forecasting and profitability reporting.
  • Maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinating travel and site visits as required to support projects across the United States.
  • Ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and schedule expectations.
  • Collaborate with Senior Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to successfully deliver multiple concurrent projects.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience managing commercial construction or interior fit-out projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction management fundamentals, including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, RFIs, and project controls.
  • Demonstrated experience with project financial management, forecasting, job profitability, and cost tracking.
  • Ability to build, maintain, and analyse project schedules.
  • Experience with commercial interiors, tenant improvements, renovations, or secure facility projects preferred.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction management software.
  • Experience with Vista, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project is beneficial.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
