Known for their collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, they have built long-standing relationships with some of the city's most respected landlords, developers, and corporate clients.Job DescriptionManage commercial interiors projects from pre-construction through project completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.Review and manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Monitor construction progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Work closely with site Superintendents to oversee quality, safety, and field operations.Identify risks and resolve project challenges proactively.Manage procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.Oversee project closeout, punch list completion, and final turnover documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
