The general contractor is hiring a Project Manager - Commercial Interiors in New York, New York due to growth and strong pipeline.

Job Description

Lead and manage all aspects of commercial interior construction projects. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to meet project objectives. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns. Oversee project closeout, ensuring all deliverables are met and documentation is complete. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and future opportunities.
