Job Description
The Interiors Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Coordinating project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications.
- Leading project teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Overseeing multiple project stakeholders and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborating closely with company leadership to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Working on a variety of projects across corporate interiors, healthcare, municipal, retail, hospitality, and related sectors.
- Driving project performance while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Utilizing construction management software and technology platforms to support project execution.
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of a rapidly expanding contractor.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Interior Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
- Strong background in private-sector and commercial interiors projects.
- Healthcare construction experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Self-motivated professional who thrives in an autonomous environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of project delivery.
- OSHA-10 and/or OSHA-30 certification preferred.
- Procore experience preferred.
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
