Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple construction projects simultaneously from planning through completion.
  • Overseeing project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and client communication.
  • Coordinating subcontractors, consultants, superintendents, and internal project teams.
  • Monitoring project performance to ensure quality, safety, and profitability objectives are met.
  • Leading project meetings and providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Supporting field operations and conducting site visits as required.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships while delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Collaborating with senior project leadership to ensure successful execution across the project portfolio.
  • Utilizing construction management software and reporting tools to track progress and project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager must have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
  • Proven experience delivering commercial interior construction projects.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Experience overseeing projects valued at $5M+ preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ground-up construction experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must be able to work from the Springfield, VA office and attend local project site visits as needed.
