Lead project budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, building ownership groups, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders. Oversee project financial performance, including forecasting, cash flow management, cost tracking, and reporting. Coordinate with field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Identify and resolve project risks, challenges, and change management issues proactively. Manage project documentation and reporting through Procore and other project management platforms. Collaborate closely with superintendents, estimators, and leadership teams to achieve project goals. Participate in client meetings, project planning sessions, and executive-level communications. High-performing Assistant Project Managers with 4+ years of experience are encouraged to apply. Proven experience delivering high-end corporate interiors projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Advanced proficiency with Procore, including Project Management and Financial Management modules. Strong experience utilizing Microsoft Project for scheduling and project planning. Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and project teams. Demonstrated career stability and strong tenure with previous employers.What's On OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $135,000.
