Description
- Coordinate and manage all project resources from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and in a highly collaborative environment.
- Lead and develop project personnel by setting expectations, coaching team members, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Hold regular project meetings to track progress, verify budget and schedule adherence, and ensure compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Serve as a strategic problem‑solver who adds value to client projects while supporting preconstruction efforts, including estimating and project planning.
- Manage project budgets and financial reporting, analyzing cost data to maintain alignment with established budget targets.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field strongly preferred
- Experience with project estimating
- Minimum 4+ years of Project Management experience (required)
- Based in the Raleigh area (relocation considered)
- Experience managing $5M+ construction projects strongly preferred
- Proficient with relevant project management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $125,000 USD annually.
