We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager-Healthcare Ground Up to join our team in the construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and manage a diverse range of healthcare construction projects from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction management, and hospital projects. Familiarity with Procore software is a must. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Project Manager-Healthcare Ground Up, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Overseeing all aspects of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Developing and managing detailed project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources.
3. Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
4. Implementing effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential project obstacles.
5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
6. Utilizing Procore software for project management tasks, including document control, contract management, and reporting.
7. Conducting regular project status meetings and providing updates to stakeholders.
8. Resolving project issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
9. Ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Project Manager-Healthcare Ground Up position will possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience managing healthcare construction projects from the ground up.
3. Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
4. Expertise in project management software, particularly Procore.
5. Excellent understanding of all facets of the construction process.
6. Familiarity with construction and project management regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
7. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
10. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
