Description

* Manage daily project execution from precon through delivery
* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
* Monitor budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
* Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Profile

* 5-12 years' experience in construction project delivery
* Background in commercial, municipal, or healthcare builds
* Strong tenure and stable career progression
* Skilled in scheduling and project management software
* Effective communicator with team-oriented mindset
