Project Manager | Commercial Ground-Up $1M-$20M Projects

• • Manage multiple ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget expectations
  • Collaborate closely with field teams, estimators, subcontractors, and ownership
  • Review project documentation, drawings, RFIs, and change orders using Bluebeam and Excel
  • Coordinate project activities across Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders
  • Track project performance and proactively identify risks and solutions throughout the construction lifecycle

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a Commercial General Contractor
• Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects valued between $1M-$20M
• Experience in commercial sectors such as retail, banking, warehouse, automotive, industrial, or metal building construction
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project execution
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work from the Bedford, NH office daily and travel to project sites as needed
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and motivated to grow within a successful construction company
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
