Description
Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering construction projects from pre-construction through completion, reporting directly to senior leadership.
- Lead full lifecycle project delivery across commercial construction projects
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams including estimating, field staff, and leadership
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates
- Oversee risk management, safety compliance, and quality assurance
- Build and maintain long-term client and vendor relationships

For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager within commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery methods
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- A team-first mindset aligned with a collaborative, relationship-driven culture
