Circadia Flooring is a commercial flooring union subcontractor dedicated to providing customers with the highest quality service and installation. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager to join our commercial flooring team. This position is responsible for managing active awarded jobs and working directly with end users and general contractors. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial construction and/or flooring, understands construction documents, communicates professionally with clients and vendors, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. Responsibilities and Functions: Tracking actual labor hours vs budgeted hoursClient communication during active workProtecting gross profit during installationCommunication with internal team on active projectsStay current on all RFI's during installation. Review weekly payroll for accuracyAttend jobsite meetings if foreman is not adequateCollect extra work tickets from the field and create change ordersUpdate WIP % complete weeklyProvide updated information at weekly internal job meetingsComplete monthly billings and GC Draw paperworkJob closeout paperwork Experience/QualificationsExperience in commercial flooring, construction estimating, or related industryAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and OutlookExperience with estimating or construction management software Knowledge of commercial flooring products Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation based on experience: salary + bonus opportunity Health insurancePaid time off ScheduleFull-time, Monday–FridayIn-office position
