Job Description

Reporting to senior leadership, the Project Manager will oversee multiple commercial construction projects throughout the Savannah and Statesboro region, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction planning through final turnover
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractor procurement, and contract administration
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Drive pre-construction activities including scope reviews, value engineering, cost analysis, and scheduling
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain project success
  • Oversee change orders, RFI processes, submittals, and project documentation
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships that support repeat business and long-term partnerships

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Proven experience managing ground-up and renovation projects across sectors such as education, healthcare, municipal, hospitality, industrial, retail, or multifamily construction
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract management
  • Experience working with design-build and traditional project delivery methods
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining exceptional client communication
  • Proficiency with industry software including Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar construction management platforms
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Must currently reside in or be well established within the Savannah, Statesboro, or surrounding Coastal Georgia market
