An established and growing commercial GC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support continued expansion across Central Florida and beyond.
This is a leadership-level opportunity for a PM with large ground-up commercial experience who wants to play a key role in a company scaling its footprint and client base.

Description
You will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, working directly with ownership and executive leadership.
$20M+ commercial site developments
$15M+ industrial/specialty facilities (~50,000 SF range)
Additions for repeat entertainment/retail clients
High-end urban restaurant build-outs
This is primarily ground-up commercial construction.
Profile
10+ years of construction experience
Experience managing $20M-$50M projects
Background with a reputable larger GC preferred
Stable work history (ideally 2-3 employers in 10 years)
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and client-facing skills
Commercial ground-up experience (no multifamily)
Job Offer
$130K-$140K base salary
