With a growing pipeline of larger commercial work, they are looking for a Project Manager to take on an upcoming project.
Description
- Manage large commercialconstructionprojects around $30-80M
- Leadprojectplanning,budgeting,scheduling,andprocurementactivities.
- Coordinatewithsuperintendents,subcontractors,consultants,andowners.
- Monitorprojectcosts,changeorders,RFIs,submittals,andcontractadministration.
- Ensurecompliancewithsafetystandards,qualityrequirements,andprojectspecifications.
- Buildandmaintainstrongclientrelationshipsthroughouttheprojectlifecycle.
- Provideregularprojectupdatesandfinancialreportingtoseniorleadership.
- Driveprojectperformancetoachieveprofitabilityandclientsatisfactiongoals.
Profile
- Bachelor's degreeinConstructionManagement,Engineering,orarelatedfieldpreferred.
- 7+yearsofProjectManagementexperienceincommercialconstruction.
- Provenexperiencemanagingeducation,healthcare,and/ortilt-wallconstructionprojects.
- Strongknowledgeofconstructioncontracts,scheduling,budgeting,andprojectcontrols.
- ProficiencywithProcore,Bluebeam,MicrosoftProject,orsimilarconstructionmanagementsoftware.
- Excellentleadership,communication,andproblem-solvingskills.
- Abilitytothriveinafast-pacedenvironmentandmanagemultiplepriorities.
