Job Details

Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution from preconstruction through closeout
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and procurement activities
Develop subcontractor scopes, lead buyout/award process, and negotiate subcontracts and change orders
Monitor and manage project budgets, costs, and monthly financial forecasts and reports
Identify and mitigate project risks affecting cost, schedule, quality, and safety
Serve as primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders
Partner with Superintendents to resolve field challenges, schedule concerns, and quality issues
Oversee project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and turnover documentation
Mentor and develop Project Engineers and support staffing plans
Support business development and repeat-client relationship building
