Description
Reporting to senior operations leadership, the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex ground-up and renovation projects while serving as a key liaison between clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead commercial construction projects through all phases of delivery.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, and financial reporting.
- Oversee both ground-up construction and renovation projects across multiple market sectors.
- Coordinate project teams to ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction objectives are achieved.
- Utilise project management tools and reporting systems to maintain accountability and project visibility.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support company growth initiatives through exceptional project execution and repeat business opportunities.
Profile
For the Project Manager / Senior Project Manager we are seeking:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a lead commercial construction Project Manager with a General Contractor.
- Experience managing both ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects.
- Proven delivery of at least one commercial project valued at $10M+.
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, subcontractor management, and contract administration.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related products.
- Experience with Procore is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated career stability, with a history of approximately three or more years at each recent employer.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience within higher education, healthcare, municipal, institutional, commercial, or historic renovation environments is highly desirable.
Job Offer
- Base salary up to $135,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
- Vehicle allowance of $650 per month.
