Commercial Project Manager

The Commercial Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from planning through completion while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and project stakeholders.

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risk, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and owner representatives.
• Provide regular project updates and reporting to clients and stakeholders.
• Drive project goals while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Support procurement, contract administration, and change management activities.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships that contribute to repeat business opportunities.

For the Commercial Project Manager we are seeking:

• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Previous public-sector project experience is highly preferred.
• Experience working with airports, municipalities, counties, government agencies, or similar public entities is advantageous.
• Financial institution and multifamily project experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong Assistant Project Manager who is ready to step into a Project Manager role will also be considered.
