Project Manager

Lead high-visibility commercial projects end-to-end. Clear pathway from Assistant PM to Project Manager.

Our client is a reputable construction and project management firm with a strong presence across the commercial building sector. Manage commercial construction projects from planning through closeout. Lead project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and overall project performance. Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and ownership teams. Provide regular project reporting and updates to clients and senior stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining delivery objectives. Support procurement activities, contract administration, and change order management. Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive repeat business opportunities.

The successful applicant will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Experience managing commercial construction projects from inception through completion. Previous Assistant Project Manager experience with readiness to step into a full Project Manager role will be strongly considered. Experience with public-sector clients and governmental entities is highly preferred. Exposure to aviation, municipal, county, institutional, financial institution, or multifamily construction projects is advantageous. Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and project controls. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
