Responsibilities for the Project Manager

  • Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure compliance with project budgets and timelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project progress.
  • Monitor quality standards and safety protocols on-site.
