Lead Commercial Construction Projects

Job Description

  • Lead construction projects from planning through final delivery
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates
  • Oversee contract administration, change orders, and procurement processes
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and regulations
  • Monitor job site progress and proactively resolve issues to maintain schedules
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to execute project plans
  • Drive project documentation, reporting, and successful closeout procedures
  • Uphold company standards for service, safety, and overall project satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and safety standards
  • Experience working with subcontractors and managing multiple project stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in project management and construction software tools
  • Familiarity with government, healthcare, or institutional projects is a plus
