Project ManagerThe Project Manager will be responsible for:Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performanceCoordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholdersLead project planning, including scope definition, procurement strategy, and resource allocationMonitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and cost overrunsEnsure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standardsReview and negotiate contracts, change orders, and subcontractsManage subcontractor performance, including scheduling, quality, and productivityConduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure alignment with plansPrepare and present project status reports to clients and senior leadershipResolve project issues, conflicts, and disputes in a timely and professional mannerMaintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change management logsDrive project closeout activities, including final inspections, punch lists, and turnover documentationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
