A well-established general contractor with a strong reputation in the Chicago commercial construction market. The company specializes in corporate interiors, healthcare, institutional, and mixed-use projects ranging from $5M-$50M.

Description

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall execution.
  • Lead project teams consisting of Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and field staff.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee procurement and subcontractor buyout processes.
  • Review project financials and forecast project performance.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of commercial construction experience.
  • Experience managing projects valued between $5M-$50M.
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
