What You’ll Do

• Manage commercial construction projects from planning and procurement through turnover.
• Build and track project budgets, review costs, and maintain accurate financial forecasts.
• Handle subcontractor buyout, scope reviews, contracts, and change orders.
• Work alongside the superintendent to coordinate schedules, deliveries, and trade activities.
• Keep RFIs, submittals, and project documentation moving so the field has what it needs.
• Lead project meetings and keep owners, design teams, and subcontractors informed.
• Address issues promptly and follow through on commitments.
• Coordinate closeout documents, punch lists, and final billing.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience managing commercial construction projects with a general contractor.
• A working knowledge of construction drawings, contracts, scheduling, and job costing.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence communicating with owners, subcontractors, and field teams.
• A practical approach to problem-solving and accountability for results.
• Proficiency with construction project management software.
